Steps to use this Infrared Thermometer Effectively

1.  The Thermometer is placed in the test environment for 20 minutes before use.
2.  Before measuring the temperature, pull hair away and wipe away sweat from   the forehead.
3.  Align the thermometer to the center of your forehead and keeping a distance   of 3 to 5cm between the forehead and the thermometer.
